Natalie is a full-time nurse practitioner building a cosmetic practice alongside her clinical work. With limited hours available each week, the website needed to do more than look beautiful — it needed to work.
The goal was to create a digital experience that could establish trust quickly, clearly explain services, and guide new clients toward booking consultations without requiring constant back-and-forth communication.
At the same time, the brand needed to feel calm, modern, and credible — balancing the warmth of a nurse-led practice with the professionalism expected in medical aesthetics.

We designed and launched a complete digital foundation for Nurtured by Nat — combining brand direction, user-focused navigation, and a booking-first website structure.
The visual identity centres on a soft, calming palette chosen to reflect the practice’s tone: approachable, modern, and quietly confident. These colours carry through the entire digital experience – reinforcing brand recognition while creating a relaxed browsing experience for new clients.
The website was structured to guide visitors through services, answer common questions, and make booking simple and intuitive. Clear service pages, consultation prompts, and streamlined navigation help move clients from curiosity to appointment without unnecessary friction.
